Klaipeda Business Park, JSC and Pastatų vystymas, JSC are managed by the company BNTP (Baltijos Nekilnojamojo Turto Plėtra) which was founded in 2003 in Lithuania. BNTP Group is owned by a private Irish company. BNTP, JSC has launched its activities in Klaipeda and successfully established the first modern business park in Lithuania. BNTP, JSC  has continued its business development by acquiring and developing commercial real estate and plots of land in Lithuania and Latvia.
