Meet Our Community

Team values

Together – Think As One

We believe that “together” we can achieve more. As a team we create better solutions and make more progress. Together with our client-members, we can have a greater positive impact in our community, Klaipeda and the region. Team commitment and mutual support let us “think as one” It lies at the heart of our success.

Openness

Getting it done, tackling challenges and keeping projects moving is only possible if we accept the truth and keep everyone (team, client-members, partners) in the loop. Openness is another building block in our foundation.

Trust & Respect – We Care

We want happy client-members. It is core to everything we do. That means we need to listen. It means we need to be clear, pro-fessional and timely in our communications. And it means respect. Put it all together creates a “customer-first” attitude that per-meates our daily lives. Respect and trust are cornerstones of our team.

Creativity – Change is a Given

Making change happen is part of our daily lives. Responding to needs, being flexible and focusing on the solution invariably means we must bring new ideas to the table. That requires out-of-the-box thinking and a creative mindset. It gives us that positive, “can-do” approach to build innovation into the process.

Clients

We provide a home for about 100 businesses including 45+ clients from 19 countries and 5000+ employees working daily at Klaipeda FEZ. Hence we are proud of an Advisory Board of Zone Companies at Klaipeda FEZ is set to act as a voice on behalf of all our members. Tomas Rauckis, CEO at AD REM LEZ, UAB is the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the period 2024-2025.
