Invitation to Newsec Property Outlook Event with Klaipeda FEZ on April 10th
We kindly invite you to a Lithuanian and Klaipeda’s real estate market overview event co-organized by Newsec, a leading Lithuanian real estate consultancy firm, Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association and Klaipeda FEZ on the 10th of April at the Light House hub (Liepų st 83).
While the European real estate markets display some signs of cooldown after booming throughout 2017 and 2018, the Baltics, especially Lithuania, are still very strong in terms of real estate statistics.
Klaipeda though has some well-founded potential to lead the Lithuanian real estate market with its ‘blue economy’ strategy that aims to bring 25.000 new jobs, 2.000 new companies and 1,5B EUR in new investment to the city by 2030. Obviously, this would translate into strong impulses for the local real estate scene.
The event will explore the current status and the opportunities for Klaipeda’s residential and real estate markets, the expectations by real estate developers and the possibilities for new investors at and beyond the free economic zone.
